A booking advance of 30% of the total package cost is required to confirm the reservation.

Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of the advance payment and service availability.

An additional 40% of the total package amount must be paid at least 20 days before departure.

The remaining 30% balance must be cleared at least 7 days before the tour start date.

Bookings made within 20 days of departure may require an adjusted payment schedule.

Bookings made within 7 days of departure may require full payment at confirmation.

Payments must be made only through the company's officially communicated payment channels.

Hotel and transportation arrangements will be finalized after the required payment is received.

Any additional services requested during the journey will be charged separately.

The final payment schedule and confirmed package amount will be provided in writing before booking.

Cancellation made 30 days or more before departure: 15% of the total package cost will be charged.

Cancellation made 20–29 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.

Cancellation made 15–19 days before departure: 40% of the total package cost will be charged.

Cancellation made 8–14 days before departure: 60% of the total package cost will be charged.

Cancellation made 4–7 days before departure: 80% of the total package cost will be charged.

Cancellation made within 3 days of departure or in case of no-show: 100% cancellation charges will apply.

Any non-refundable hotel, transportation or third-party charges may be deducted as specified in the booking terms.
